Monday Colour Challenge with Brushed Blooms

Hello Everyone,

Here we are, Monday again already! And another colour challenge!

This week’s colours are;

Real Red
Soft Suede
Shaded Spruce

This combo just screams Christmas, but after a bit of a think I decided to use the roses from the Brushed Blooms stamp set and the coordinating dies.

Wink of Stella not only adds some subtle glitter, but also pulls some ink colour from the line art!

Clean and Simple Cards with the Vine Design Bundle

I absolutely adore this stamp bundle.

The set makes it so easy to make pretty cards and in super quick time!

I love soft colour palettes of these cards. I think they would also look great with Brights too!

Mint Macaron and Flirty Flamingo look great together!

Bright Patchwork with the Right Triangle bundle

Hello Everyone,

To continue with the retiring product showcase this week, today’s project uses the Right Triangle and Rustic Retreat stamp sets.

Both sets are a little overlooked in the annual catalogue but I really enjoyed using them.

Using Die Cuts and Punches to Make Beautiful Cards

Hello Everyone,

Today I wanted to make something really special and extravagant.

I pulled out the gorgeously detailed Many Medallions dies and the coordinating stamp set.

With a trim, this die cut fits a UK card base perfectly. Adding some ink with a blending brush highlights the details!

Super Fast Cards with Oh So Ombre Designer Series Paper

Hello Everyone,

The end of Sale-a-bration is fast approaching so I have some super fast cards to share today!

I’ve chosen the Oh So Ombre paper to work with but you could use this simple layout with any of the patterned papers available.

The topper uses the Approaching Perfection stamp set which is also part of the promotion.

I did not add any extra ribbons or embellishments to these samples, the idea was to keep them very simple on this occasion.

Bermuda Bay and Blackberry Bliss are two of my favourite colours!

Super Quick Pretty Cards with the Pretty Perennials Stamp Set

I am continuing with the quick and easy cards, this time using the fantastic Pretty Perennials stamp set!

With lots of elements that work together and some two step stamping too, this set is so versatile!

With dozens of colours to choose from, this card can be made over and over again.

I did not add any embellishments or ribbon either, so imagine the possibilities for stepping up this simple layout.

Change the neutral colour to black, grey or Crumb Cake…..

Or use a different shade of green….

Birthday Card using the Beauty Abounds stamp set

This card has been inspired by the technique used by Ruth at Artful Stampin’… she has loads of videos on creating backgrounds in this style. I hope she approves of the colours I chose!

The background was created with the Beauty Abounds stamp set. The sentiment was borrowed from Zany Zebras.

Positive Birthday Thoughts

Hello Everyone,

Some exciting new coordinating products are on their way to the online store very soon.

These will include the Nature’s Thoughts dies that match the Positive Thoughts stamp set.

Whisper White card stock was layered on to Crumb Cake card stock. Polka Dot Tulle ribbon was tied around the panel before adhering to a Petal Pink card base.

The sentiment was stamped with Pool Party ink and die cut with the Stitched So Sweetly set. This was adhered to a larger die cut with dimensionals.

The leaves and flowers were stamped and die cut. These were added using multipurpose glue.
