Emily’s Gift Box

Hello Everyone,

I had an assistant in my craft room today, my 11 year old daughter! So this is entirely her idea of what she wanted to make with me today!

She’s not in to pink and chose Smoky Slate as the colour for her box.

The top is decorated with In Good Taste DSP and Seaside Spray Metallic Ribbon.

Medium Daisies were punched from Night of Navy and Seaside Spray card stock. The rhinestones were coloured with a Stampin’ Blend marker.

The message is taken from Itty Bitty Greetings and cut with the Lovely Labels Pick a Punch.

I hope you enjoyed this project. The supplies used are listed and linked to the online store below.

Pootlers Blog Hop – New Annual Catalogue Goodies!

Hello Everyone,

Welcome to this special post as part of our team blog hop.

Be sure to click the blue box at the end of this post to see all the other wonderful creations!

I have chosen to work with the Flowers for Every Season Suite of products. Stunning florals, coordinating Designer Series Paper and cute gingham ribbon featuring the new 2020 In Colours.

The base card uses Misty Moonlight card stock and layered with DSP.

The jar of flowers were stamped on to Whisper White card stock with Gray Granite ink.

The flowers were stamped twice more and coloured with Stampin’ Blends.

The large blooms were fussy cut and layered over the base image “decoupage style” with dimensionals.

There are no sentiments in this set, so I borrowed one from the new Field of Flowers set. The end were cut with my star product in the catalogue… The Lovely Labels Pick a Punch!

Always…..

Hello Everyone,

Something very simple for today’s post. The card features the new Field of Flowers stamp set.

I chose a soft colour palette of Soft Sea Foam and Blushing Bride with a pop of black.

The set is photopolymer, so it was easy to line up the flower heads over the stems.

The sentiment was stamped overlapping the floral image and decorated with rhinestones and some ribbon from the Flowers for Every Season combo pack.

I hope you enjoyed this project. The supplies used are listed and linked to the online store below.

Very Versailles and the Stamparatus

Hello Everyone,

Very Versailles is a wonderful stamp set that hasn’t had much love of late… So I thought I would dust it off for today’s project.

I tried a new colour combo too which turned really pretty. What do you think?

The Stamparatus tool helped me position the stamps exactly where I needed them. I even used some second and third generation stamping too.

I couldn’t resist using a great new punch which is available from tomorrow!

Watch my video for more on the products and techniques used to make this card.

May SU Colour Challenge

Hello Everyone,

I made this card ages ago and completely forgot to share it!

I have to different ink blending methods to create this project.

I also used the amazing Tropic Chic stamp set which is sadly retiring. To achieve the gradient colour on the leaves, I used the Stamparatus tool, inking and stamping each image twice.

Here is video showing how to create a blended background!

I hope you enjoyed this project. The supplies used are listed and linked to the online store below.
