Welcome to this month’s InspireINK blog hop. This time we have a colour challenge to play with.

For my design, I used post it notes to mask off sections of the cardstock to create a striped background.
The grid paper helped plan where the masks needed to be placed.

Stampin’ Sponges were used to apply the ink to each section. More colour was used along the left hand edge for an ombre look.

The vellum panel is 3 inches wide and long enough to wrap around the striped panel and secure with tape.
The “happy” die was added over the top with multipurpose glue.

Coordinating inks are used to stamp the rest of the greeting. Flag ends were punched with the Tailored Tag punch and adhered with dimensionals.

Small Blooms were cut from Whisper White card stock with a matching enamel dot placed in the centres.
