Monday Colour Challenge with Today’s Tiles

Hello Everyone,

We have an interesting set of colours to work with this week….

Rich Razzleberry
Seaside Spray
Pear Pizzazz

I wanted to use the Today’s Tiles stamp set before it retires.

This set lends itself to use with the Stamparatus tool slowing the repositioning of the stamp to create this background.

It’s a tough call to pick my favourite with this one!

Making More with the Today’s Tiles Bundle

Hello Everyone,

I wonder if you would’ve guessed which bundle I used to make this card?

This card was designed to show how to make the most of the smaller elements in a set.

It can be awkward to tie a bow with single sided ribbon. I hope you liked my tips on doing this!

I’d like to do another card using a single colour of cardstock to achieve a faux embossed look!

Dimensional Mosaic Tile Card

Hello Everyone,

I really wanted to make another card with the Today’s Tiles stamp set… I don’t think it gets much love, but I love it!

I used Soft Sea Foam, Pear Pizzazz and Just Jade as my colour combo for this video tutorial….

My original card was made with Sahara Sand, Crumb Cake and Soft Suede.

Double Heat Embossing with the Today’s Tiles stamp set

Hello Everyone,

I trying out something fun with heat embossing today, I’m calling it double embossing!

Step one, heat emboss with clear powder.

Step two, heat emboss with coloured powder.

In this example I chose silver, this could also have been white!

I ended up using Rich Razzleberry card stock, but would have preferred to use Blackberry Bliss.

This is the original sample using Very Vanilla, Terracotta Tile and Cinnamon Cider.

I used gold powder for step two!

Tiled Background with the Stamparatus

Hello Everyone,

I hope you’ve been loving the different backgrounds I have been making this week.

Here’s another with the Today’s Tile stamp set.

I used the Stamparatus tool to line up the images as seen in my video tutorial…

This is the Gray Granite version which was finished with champagne rhinestones.

The two Grey’s look so different when they are side by side. Which do you prefer?
