Inspire.Create.Challenge 100 – Celebration!

Hello Everyone,

Welcome to my blog post today showcasing my Design Team project for the new Inspire.Create.Challenge.

It’s the 100th challenge so this time we are all making projects with a celebration theme!

Stop by the Inspire.Create.Challenges blog to see all the Design Team projects and upload your entry. We’d love to see your creations.

I have chosen to work with the Create with Friends stamp set and some fun party colours!

You can see how I made this card in my video tutorial….

The Stitched Stars dies were perfect to add some celebratory details. The die cuts were lightly inked using blending brushes.

This example also has some embossing in the background for even more texture fun to this layout.

I hope you enjoyed this project.

Glimmer Star

Hello Everyone,

For today’s card I teamed the Stitched Stars dies with some gold glimmer paper.

The glimmer die cuts were adhered to a larger star cut Shimmery White card stock.

The card base was layered with glimmer paper and white card stock.

Silvery Shimmer ink was used to add some tiny stars to the background before adhering to die cut star with dimensionals.

Finally, Real Red ink was used to stamp the sentiment on to Shimmery White card stock. The ends were rounded with the Timeless Label punch.

I hope you enjoyed this project. The supplies used are listed and linked to the online store below.

I would love to be your demonstrator.

Starry Seasons Greetings

Hello Everyone,

This week I’ll be sharing some super simple cards that can be made quickly and easily.

For this card, the star is the most complicated element, but this can sped up using the Stamparatus if required.

For the two tone look, the decorative image was stamped first with Real Red ink.

The outline was stamped next with versamark and then heat embossed with gold powder.

The coordinating dies were used to cut the image.

The sentiment was added to a white card base with Real Red ink and the star adhered with dimensionals.

I hope you enjoyed this project. The supplies used are listed and linked to the online store below.

I would love to be your demonstrator.
