Inspire.Create.Challenges 098 – Sketch Challenge!

Hello Everyone,

There’s a brand new challenge starting today over on the Inspire.Create.Challenges blog!

This time it’s a sketch challenge, and is great one for all skill levels to join in… Post a picture of your creations in the gallery and we’ll pick a winner!

My cards have been kept very simple focusing on the fabulous designer series papers Stampin’ Up! has to offer.

The narrow section is the perfect place for a bold sentiment. I used the Ornate Thanks set.

You can see how to make theses cards in my video tutorial…..

With so many papers to choose from, I went to town and made a whole bunch of cards in no time!

The paper packs I used were;

  • Simply Elegant
  • Expressions in Ink
  • Hand-penned
  • Sweet Symmetry
  • Pansy Petals

I made 10 cards altogether! Which cards do you like best?

I hope you enjoyed this project.

The supplies used are listed and linked to the online store below.

Some Wink of Stella on the blooms adds a hint of colour from the line art and some sparkle too!

Monday Colour Challenge with Under My Umbrella

Hello Everyone,

Here we are at Monday again and another colour challenge!

This week’s combo is;

  • Soft Suede
  • Shaded Spruce
  • So Saffron

I don’t use Soft Sueded and So saffron very often. After rummaging through the retiring stamp sets I settled on using Under My Umbrella to make a first floral background.

See how I made this card in my video tutorial….

So what do we think? Which do you prefer? If I’d have had enough Shaded Spruce cardstock I would tried that too! Lol!

Here’s a close up of the So Saffron version!

I hope you enjoyed this project.

The supplies used are listed and linked to the online store below.

If your order is less than £150, use the Hostess Code F2QFV2PT when placing your order to get an extra gift from me!

Inspired Thursday

Hello Everyone,

This set of cards was inspired by the Project Share Project I participate in each Thursday.

From those projects I picked out, Jar of Flowers, Ornate Thanks and the Tasteful Textile Embossing Folder.

You can see the original cards in this blog post….

I added the Flowers for Every Season Designer Series Paper and used the 2020 in colour inks and ribbons.

See how I made these cards in my video tutorial….

So which is your favourite?

This layout could be used for masculine cards too!

I really like this embossing folder!
