Thank you card

Good Morning,

Today I have a pretty thank you card to share with you.

I used Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper for the background.

The flowers were stamped with Memento black ink. Grapefruit Grove ink was used to “colour” the blooms with the complimentary stamp.

The sentiment was added using a separate strip of card stock and Old Olive ink. This was adhered with dimensionals.

I hope you enjoyed this project. The supplies used are listed and linked to the online store below.

I would love to be your demonstrator.

More #SimpleStamping

Hello Everyone,

Today’s project is about using #simplestamping to make greeting cards.

Projects like this one are even easier with Stampin’ Up!’s fantastic colour coordination across their products.

I began with a Call Me Clover card to which I added coordinating Designer Series Paper.

The sentiment was stamped onto some Whisper White card stock. The jigsaw pieces were then stamped around the edges.

Lovely Floral Wreath #GDP168

Good Morning,

This week’s Global Design Project challenge is to Case the Designer…. Sarah Berry.

The rest of the design team have made some beautiful projects which you can see here

I have used the Floral Frames bundle to create my wreath design.

To build the wreath, I first die cut 2 of the large motifs. These were adhered together and then to a white card base.

Flowers were stamped with Lovely Lipstick ink. A Wink of Stella pen was used to blend the lines adding soft colour to the flowers.

These were die cut and layered on to the card with dimensionals.

Leaves were cut from Old Olive card stock.

Finally, the sentiment from Sunshine Sayings was stamped with Old Olive ink. Some rhinestones completed the card.

I hope you enjoyed this project. The supplies used are listed below.

Happy for You

Hello Again,

Yesterday’s card was an example of how great cards can be made with minimal supplies. Today, is about adding just a little bit more.

I have used 3 ink colours to make my card, but this could be done a single colour just as easily.

The bubbly backgrounds were stamped first with Daffodil Delight and Mango Melody inks.

The sentiment was stamped on a separate piece of card, with Poppy Parade ink and punched out. This was adhered with dimensionals.

I added a bow tied from Pineapple Punch ribbon and some white sequins.

I hope you enjoyed this project. The supplies used are listed and linked to the online store below.

I would love to be your demonstrator!

Simple Stamping with Bermuda Bay

Hello!

And a special hello to anyone new to papercraft and Stamping.

This post demonstrates that all you need is one ink pad, one stamp set, white card and adhesive.

I usually make my card bases, but you can purchase ready made ones if you prefer.

I chose to work with Bermuda Bay ink to complement the main dragonfly image.

Stamping the image just below centre and at an angle gives the illusion of movent.

The dots were added around the edge to frame the card front.

I have snuck in some dimension by stamping the sentiment on to a strip of card and adhering it on to the card.

I hope you enjoyed this project. The supplies used are listed below.

Tropical Christmas #FMS366

Hi Everyone,

Here’s my entry for the Freshly Made Sketches challenge set by Cecile.

The design team projects can be seen here

And here is my design…..

I have broken out my Tropical Chic stamp set again and added some festive flair with the colour scheme.

Real Red ink was used to add the stripes to the background.

The leaves were stamped with Call Me Clover ink and die cut. Each was curled slightly and secured with a single dimensional.

The sentiment was taken from the Timeless Tidings stamp set. I thought this looked cute lying across the card at angle, this way it does not obscure the background design.

I hope you enjoyed this project. The supplies used are listed below.
