Super Quick Cards using the Stamparatus tool

Hello Everyone,

Following on from yesterday’s post, here’s another way to make lots of cards fast!

And if there’s one time of year when we need lots of cards, it’s Christmas!

You don’t need a ton of products either… I’ve added some layers to my card sample, but these could be left out.

The Stamparatus is a fantastic tool that will help a beginner stamper get amazing results.

See how in my video tutorial….

I’d love to know if you give this a try and whether you love the Stamparatus as much as I do!

I hope you enjoyed this project.

The Project Share Project November Blog Hop – Christmas

Good Morning Everybody,

A number of snowflakes from the Snowflake Wishes stam set were stamped with versamark ink and heat embossed.

Pool Party and Pacific Point inks were applied over the top making the images pop!

See how to achieve this look in my video tutorial….

The stacked Stitched So Sweetly die cuts frame the sentiment beautifully… Another favourite of mine!

Here are both cards together! Which do you like best?

Hello Everyone,

This week we all took part in a team blog hop showcasing products from the August December Mini Catalogue.

There is so much to chose from, and all the ladies have used completely different products in completely different ways!

Jill’s card is very traditional, using reds and greens to colour her Christmas ornament! The shading makes it appear 3D!

Visit Jill’s blog here

Heather has created this square card with a wonderful watercolour background! It really makes the single snowflake pop!

Gez has gone for a halloween theme for these little treat boxes. The silver embossing looks terrific on the bats! Totally spooky!

I picked Have a Hoot and the coordinating Peek a Hoot dies to work with.

I used the tags die in the set to create these apertures in Crumb Cake cardstock and stamped this with Crumb Cake ink.

This was used to mark a piece of Whisper White, identifying where the owls would be stamped. I used the Stamparatus to position the stamps.

The images were stamped again on a separate sheet for colouring and die cutting.

Pool Party ink was applied to the white cardstock before colouring the tree branches. (No need to colour the owls at this point).

This was adhered behind the Crumb Cake apertures, then onto a piece of Real Red cardstock before adding to a Crumb Cake card base.

The owls were coloured with Stampin’ Blends markers before die cutting. They were adhered to the card with dimensionals.

Finally, Real Red ink was used to stamp a sentiment.

I hope you enjoyed this project.

The video tutorial for this project will be available tomorrow, do stop by again then!

All the ladies have been embossing this week!

Jill’s gorgeous little trees look amazing in blue and framed with snowflake designer series paper for a really frosty feel!

Visit Jill’s blog here

Heather has used both dry and best embossing in her Snowflake card. By partially embossing the front panel, there was still somewhere flat for the sentiment.

Visit Heather’s blog here

Gez has used both dry and best embossing in her card too. She has chosen to use a single heat embossed layered snowflake as her focal point.

Festive Friday with Jolly Holly

Hello Everyone,

Here’s a sneaky peek at a new stamp set coming soon in the new mini catalogue!

I just love the simplicity of this set, and I made a very simple one layer card.

Watch how I put this together in a flash in my video tutorial….

The berries were coloured separately with a Stampin’ Write marker. Red rhinestones would look lovely too!
