Friends are Like Seashells – Stamp, Die cut and Emboss!

Hello Everyone,

I’m using something new today. This suite is intriguing as it not only has coordinating dies, but a coordinating embossing folder too!

In my experiments with these products, I discovered that you can get great results whether you use the die or embossing folder first.

See how I made this card in my video tutorial….

Look out for more projects to come with this collection!

I hope you enjoyed this project.

For today’s project I first stamped and coloured the lady and used Stitched Rectangles to cut her out. This was layered on to vellum and Mint Macaron card stock.

Some Polka Dot Tulle ribbon was added to the bottom along with the sentiment.

The card base was made from Mint Macaron card and layered with white card stock embossed with the Seaside Embossing folder.

The decorative panel was then adhered to the card with dimensionals.

Fun with punch art

Hello Everyone,

I made this card for a card swap challenge.

I had never used this technique before. Love the result!

The fishes are made with Grapefruit Grove card stock.

These are light bulb bodies with petal tails. The fins are from the Vase Builder.

For the background, I used the seaside embossing folder. I then used the leaf punch to make the weeds.

I hope you enjoyed this project. The supplies used are listed and linked to the online store below.
