Beautiful World Gatefold Card

Hello Everyone,

Today’s card had a more masculine feel and features the Beautiful World bundle and coordinating designer series paper.

To make the gatefold card base, cut the card stock lengthways at 5-7/8 inches and trim down to 8-1/2 long.

Score at 2-1/8 on both ends of the cardstock, fold and burnish really well.

The left over pieces can be used to make the topper which can be sized as you want.

Cut the DSP at 5-3/4 inches, turn and cut pieces at 2, 4 and 2 inches. These will fit the front panels and inside.

See how I put the rest of the card together in my video tutorial…..

I added a white panel inside the card to write a message.

These papers are really pretty with the brass foil!

My original sample was made with the opposite side of the paper and Basic Black cardstock.

One Sheet Wonder with Forever Fern

Hello Everyone,

So today I’m rising to the challenge to create a stamped one sheet wonder ….

I have chosen to work with the Forever Fern stamp set, basically because I love it, and offers a variety of images in different sizes to build up the design…..

The technique allows you to make at least four card fronts really quickly.

See the process in my video tutorial….

There are lots of options to customise the technique. Change the colours, images, sentiments, punches etc.

Let’s see what you come up with?

I hope you enjoyed this project.

Heather has been thinking about other medium which can be stamped. Stazon Ink allows for greater scope when choosing materials. These would be a wonderful First Christmas gift.
