I have used a bright colour palette for my project featuring the Lift Me Up stamp set.

Pacific Point Designer Series Paper was added to a Whisper White card base.

Two squares of Whisper White card stock were die cut. The first was adhered flat. A small strip of Mango Melody DSP was added to the bottom edge. The second square was added with dimensionals.

A balloon was stamped with Poppy Parade ink and die cut.

A sentiment was added with Bermuda Bay ink.

Finally, some vellum clouds were added to the background.

And this is what I decided to make…. Let’s go fly a kite!

The kites from the Swirly Bird stamp set were stamped with the 2017 In Colours.

I picked out the sentiment from the Treehouse Adventure set which was stamped in Fresh Fig ink and cut with a Stitched Rectangle die.

My card has used just one ink colour, one matching colour card, white card and one stamp set with matching dies.

I stamped some clouds on to a white card layer and adhered this to a Coastal Cabana card base.

I added another smaller panel layered with more Coastal Cabana card to this with dimensionals.

The balloon and cloud were die cut from white card.

The sentiment was stamped with matching ink and added to the front with dimensionals.

I hope you enjoyed this project. The supplies used are listed and linked to the online store below.

Just a Note

Hi there,

Starting a new hobby can be overwhelming… What to buy? Well, less than you might think.

Today’s card uses minimal supplies, just card stock, stamps and ink.

I began by stamping clouds on the Blueberry Bushel card base with matching ink.

On a square of white card stock, I stamped the sentiment. Then added the balloons.

The square was layered on to Lovely Lipstick card stock and adhered to the card base with dimensionals.

I hope you enjoyed this project. The supplies used are listed and linked to the online store below.

I would love to be your demonstrator.

Soar Above the Rest Just Add Ink #428

Good Morning Everybody,

Here is this week’s entry for the Just Add Ink challenge!

These are the colours to work with; see all the design team projects here

When I showed these colours to my downline she immediately said “balloons!” so here they are. I love the Lift Me Up set; one of my favourites!

I went with a simple Layered card. Calypso Coral was used for the card base, adding layers of Whisper White and Pool Party.

Clouds were stamped over the top layer.

The balloons were stamped and die cut. These were adhered both flat and with dimensionals to add some depth.

The sentiment was added to one side slightly over hanging the top layers.

I hope you enjoyed this project. The supplies used are listed below.

Lift Your Spirits

Good Morning!

This is one of favourite stamp sets and I am so glad it will be staying with us.

Today I am pairing it with the retiring In Colour, Dapper Denim.

The card base was made in the usual way by cutting an A4 sheet lengthways at 4-1/8 inches and scoring at 5-7/8 inches. A white card layer was added to this 1/4 inch shorter and narrower.

Subsequent layers of Dapper Denim and Whisper White card stock were cut 1/4 inch smaller.

These layers were adhered together. Some striped grosgrain ribbon was wrapped around these layers before adding to the card base with dimensionals.

The sentiment was stamped with Dapper Denim ink and cut to size and adhered to some Dapper Denim card stock. This was added to the card where the ribbon crossed using dimensionals.

Three balloons were stamped and die cut. Two were adhered using dimensionals and the third flat to create an illusion of distance.

I hope you enjoyed this project. The supplies used are listed and linked to the online store below.
