Sorry… #GDP139

Good Morning Everyone,

As it is Wednesday, today’s project is my entry the Global Design Project.

This week is a themed challenge;

You can see what the design team created as inspiration here!

This is my project;

I have used a simple layout using retiring card stock and paper.

The base uses the beautiful Soft Sky, cut at 4-1/4 inches and scored at 5-7/8 inches.

A three inch strip of designer series paper from the Naturally Eclectic collection was adhered to some Peekaboo Peach card stock and then on to Wild Wasabi card stock.

This was adhered to the card base with Fast Fuse.

The sentiment uses the Sorry for Everything stamp set. This set will carry over to the new catalogue!

Old Olive ink was used to stamp the sentiment on to white card stock and cut to size with the Stampin’ Trimmer. This was adhered with dimensionals.

Some clear rhinestones completed the card.

I hope you enjoyed this project. The supplies used are listed below.

Thanks for stopping by today and Happy Stampin’!

Might as Well Dance

Hey there,

I haven’t used Beautiful You for a while so here she is dancing away.

Our dancing lady was stamped with Memento ink and coloured with Stampin’ Blends. She was then cut with the largest scalloped circle die.

The card base was made with Soft Sky card stock. A layer of white card stock and some Naturally Eclectic DSP were adhered to this.

A long 2 inch banner was made from some complementary DSP from the same collection. This was adhered with dimensionals.

The sentiment was cut with the Everyday Label punch.

I hope you enjoyed this project. The supplies used are listed below.

Kath’s Card

This card was made for my friend Kath. She loves green so the colour combination was a given.

Old Olive and Tranquil Tide were used for the base layers. The Old Olive card was stamped with Tranquil Tide ink using the Picture Perfect Birthday set.

A piece of Naturally Eclectic DSP was die cut with the Large Letter dies. The letters were adhered to some craft foam and repositioned on to the card front.

The happy birthday die was used to cut some Tranquil Tide card stock which was mounted on to a Soft Sky banner to lift it from the busy background.

I hope you enjoyed this project. The supplies used are listed and linked below.

Just Lovely

Hi Everyone,

Clean and Simple is the order of the day for this little project.

A 2 inch strip of Naturally Eclectic designer series paper was added to a white card base.

The coordinating dies were used to cut three gems from Soft Sky and Whisper White card stock. A coat of Wink of Stella made them sparkle too.

The sentiment from the set was stamped with Night of Navy ink and cut with a 1inch punch. This was layered on to Night of Navy scalloped circles, 1-1/8 and 1-3/8.

The elements were adhered to the card using either Fast Fuse or Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I hope you enjoyed this project. The supplies used are listed and linked below.

Like You

Hi Everyone,

I am using the Oh So Eclectic suite for today’s project.

I started with a Berry Burst card base. To this I added a Lemon Lime Twist layer and a DSP layer.

The flowers from the stamp set were stamped in Berry Burst ink, and the leaves in Lemon Lime Twist ink. These were cut with the coordinating dies. A flower centre was made with Peekaboo Peach card stock.

The die cuts were adhered to a piece of vellum along with a scattering of white enamel accents.

To adhere the vellum, glue dots were hidden behind the embellishments. A small sentiment was stamped on to the vellum with Basic Grey archival ink.

I hope you enjoyed this project. The supplies used are listed below.

Just Lovely

Good Morning,

I love this card. Turned out way better than expected.

I started with a Soft Sky card base. To this I added some DSP from the Naturally Eclectic collection. The design is very bold, so I added a vellum layer over the top.

For the topper, I die cut more DSP with a Stitched framelit. This was adhered to a piece of Fresh Fig card stock, cut with a scalloped Layering Square framelit.

The sentiment is taken from the complimentary stamp set, Oh So Eclectic. This was stamped on to Fresh Fig card stock with versamark ink and heat embossed with white powder. This was then cut with a punch and added to the card.

I hope you enjoyed this project. The supplies used are listed and linked below.

inkybutterfly: Oh So Eclectic

Hi there,

The Oh So Eclectic Suite is truly beautiful. The stamp set and the Designer Series Paper are currently on special offer, check them out in the shop.

The patterned paper has dictated the colour scheme today. Fresh Fig and Lemon Lime Twist – so vibrant.

The card base is made from Fresh Fig card stock. Lemon Lime Twist card stock was cut to 5-3/4 by 3-1/4 inches. DSP was cut to 5-3/4 by 3 inches. These were layered together with snail adhesive down the centre of the card base.

On to some Whisper White card stock, I stamped three flower images, stamping ink off on to scrap paper once first. These ere die cut with the matching thinlits.

I also die cut the detailed flowers from Fresh Fig card stock, and layered these on to the stamped flowers with tombow glue.

I also stamped and die cut some leaves. The sentiment was cut with the Classic Label punch.

The decorative elements were arranged onto a vellum circle, then adhered this to the card base.

I hope you enjoyed this project. The supplies used are listed below.

Thanks for stopping by and Happy Stampin’!
