My project features the Nested Essentials dies which include these interesting shapes!

I used five die cuts to cover the card front. Three were cut from White cardstock and embossed with an embossing folder. The other two were cut from coordinating two tone cardstock.

Another smaller die cut was stamped with Petunia Pop ink and added with dimensionals.

Floral embellishments were created using the Extraordinary Flora Washi tape and die!

I hope you enjoyed this project.

Encircled in Nature Three Ways!

Hello Everyone!

I have had this bundle on my shelf for ages, I can’t believe I haven’t inked this because it is fabulous…. And is now on the last chance list!

Sooooo … I’m cramming THREE ideas in today’s post – get it before it is gone for good!

***** ***** *****

This one is my favourite.

The scene was created on a Nested Essential die cut leaving the edge white.

The same ink was used on the card base layer and then added some iridescent striped ribbon.

***** ***** *****

I used the larger single tree image for this forest of Pretty in Pink, Petunia Pop, Berry Burst and Blackberry Bliss.

This is on Very Vanilla cardstock for a different look.

***** ***** *****

For this one I used the dies to create an aperture in some designer series paper.

More die cuts embellished the frame along with some Pecan Pie stitched ribbon.

I would love to be your demonstrator.

Creating a Dimensional Background with Nested Essentials Dies!

Hello Everyone,

Here’s another background idea for you, this time using the Nested Essentials dies!

Six die cuts are needed, I used 3 in Basic White, 2 in Pool Party and 1 in Night of Navy.

The Basic White shapes were adhered first. The centre one was added last and helps with positioning the coloured pieces.

The sentiment is taken from Wonderful Thoughts and stamped with Blueberry Bushel ink.

You can see how I made this card in my video tutorial….

A combination of Thoughtful Wishes and Sentimental Park created the foliage and flowers. Some Wink of Stella pulled some colour from the stamped outline.

This card used Calypso Coral and Petal Pink, not my favourite colours, but look great together in this layout.

I also creating this version when I was designing today’s project. This one uses the smaller shape in Basic White. The flowers are in Melon Mambo and the sentiment in Pebbled Path.

The supplies used are listed and linked to the online store below.

I would love to be your demonstrator.
