Joy to the World

Hello Everyone,

I just love these little robins in the Feathers and Frost stamp set.

The card base was made with Garden Green card stock. Matching ink was used to stamp the Holly frame on to the background.

A 3 by 3 inch square of Whisper White card was stamped to make the topper, starting with the sentiment.

The robins were added using Memento black ink. These were coloured with Soft Suede and Poppy Parade Stampin’ Blends.

The piece was then layered on to red glimmer paper and adhered to the card with dimensionals.

I hope you enjoyed this project.

Joy – Just Add Ink #426

Good Morning,

Today I am taking part in the Just Add Ink challenge.

This week’s sketch has been designed by Kim. As usual, the Design Team have done an amazing job with the samples. You can see them all here.

I have used Feathers & Frost for my card.

The leafy frame was stamped first on to a card layer using Shaded Spruce ink. This was adhered to a Shaded Spruce card base.

The sentiment was stamped separately with Lemon Lime Twist ink and cut with the Darling Label punch. This was added with dimensionals.

Hold metallic pearls were used to embellish the frame.

The Leaf Punch was used to cut several green leaves.

I hope you enjoyed this project. The supplies used are listed below.

Thanks for stopping by today and happy Stampin’!

Season’s Greetings #FMS353

Hi there,

It time for another Freshly Made Sketch challenge entry.

The design team have made some great samples. You can see them all here!

I have used the new Feathers & Frost stamp set… Love those little Robins!

I prepared a Real Red card base by stamping the poinsettia with versamark ink.

On some Whisper White, the leafy frame was stamped with Shaded Spruce ink and coloured with Stampin’ Blends. As Classic ink is waterbased, it won’t bleed with the Blends markers!

The little robins were coloured with Stampin’ Blends. Real Red, Pumpkin Pie and Petal Pink gave a great result for the red breast!

Finally, I added the greeting.

I hope you enjoyed this project. The supplies used are listed below.

Thanks for stopping by today and happy Stampin’!
