Simply Fantastic Card featuring Everyday Arches

Hello Everyone!

I recently used the Everyday Arches stamp set for another project (check back on Friday for that one) and loved the result… So here is another design that I have created, I just love it!

For the focal image I have used this gorgeous image from the Mixed Florals stamp set.

I used Stampin’ Blends to colour, softening the look with the Colour Lifter.

You can see how I made this card in my video tutorial….

I opted for a bold black sentiment to emphasize the arched shape and the florals were added with dimensionals.

Here is the original Lemon Lolly version.

Which is your favourite?

Super Easy Cards for Any Occasion!

Hello Everyone!

I’m looking beyond Christmas with a simple card for any occasion.

I am working with the Labelled with Love stamp set and some of the 2024 In Colours.

You can see how I made this card in my video tutorial….

Sadly, the Everyday Details dies have now retired and sold out, so I have subbed those for the Perennial Postage set instead.

I chose to use Early Espresso rather than black ink for the outline images and sentiment.

I would love to be your demonstrator.

Decorative Christmas Trees using Non-Traditional Colours!

Hello Everyone,

You know it’s Christmas when its time to get the tree out and put up the decorations!

Now you can do it with cardstock too with the Decorative Trees bundle!

The trees were die cut from Balmy Blue cardstock. I chose the snowflake details to add on top which I cut from Basic White.

You can try using the colours the other way round… Or something completely different… Foil cardstock would look amazing!

For the baubles,I opted to stamped and then die cut, but you could use coloured cardstock too.

You can see how I made this card in my video tutorial….

Some metallic trim was wrapped around the background panel before adding the trees with dimensionals.

The sentiment was stamped on coordinating cardstock and heat embossed to match the trim.

This one uses the smaller tree and a more traditional red and green combo, on Basic Beige with gold metallic accents.

The supplies used are listed and linked to the online store below.

I would love to be your demonstrator.

Inspire Create Challenge #177 – Case the Designer!

Hello Everyone,

Today’s card is made for the latest Inspire Create Challenge Design Team!

For Challenge #177 we are using a floral theme for all our projects!

You can see the other design team projects and take part in the challenge by clicking below!

I am using the Snowy Wonder bundle to make my card.

The Blackberry Bliss panel was cut to 4¾ x 3 and then cut at angle. Small trees and snowflakes were added in matching ink for a tone on tone effect.

The sentiment was added in the bottom corner.

A selection of cardstock scraps, (all subtles in this case), were stamped and die cut and adhered to a Basic White circle. I used a spare die cut but you could use a punch or a different shape altogether.

You can see how I made this card in my video tutorial…

Finally, some grey pearls were added to the front, and some trees were stamped on the inside.

Here’s an alternative combo using Night of Navy and the 2024 in colours.

I would love to be your demonstrator.

Smart Stampin’ International Instagram hop – New Mini Catalogue!

Hello Everyone,

This evening I’m bringing you a card I made for the Smart Stampin’ International Instagram hop!

You can hop through all the projects from my post @stampinwithinkybutterfly

Our theme this time is “New Mini Catalogue”!

This was the card I really wanted to make with this beautiful new Winterly Treetops bundle.

The wreath is made in two pieces for this design.

Everything was coloured with Stampin’ Blends markers for that Christmassy feel.

I wanted to add the sentiment as a popped up element. This fitted inside one of the new Christmas Labels dies – another lovely set.

For the background, I used the Birch embossing folder – so pretty on the Basic Beige cardstock!

The supplies used will be available to purchase from 4th September 2024!

I would love to be your demonstrator.

Creating a Dimensional Background with Nested Essentials Dies!

Hello Everyone,

Here’s another background idea for you, this time using the Nested Essentials dies!

Six die cuts are needed, I used 3 in Basic White, 2 in Pool Party and 1 in Night of Navy.

The Basic White shapes were adhered first. The centre one was added last and helps with positioning the coloured pieces.

The sentiment is taken from Wonderful Thoughts and stamped with Blueberry Bushel ink.

You can see how I made this card in my video tutorial….

A combination of Thoughtful Wishes and Sentimental Park created the foliage and flowers. Some Wink of Stella pulled some colour from the stamped outline.

This card used Calypso Coral and Petal Pink, not my favourite colours, but look great together in this layout.

I also creating this version when I was designing today’s project. This one uses the smaller shape in Basic White. The flowers are in Melon Mambo and the sentiment in Pebbled Path.
