Inspire.Create.Challenge #103 – Colour Challenge with In Symmetry

Hello Everyone,

Welcome to my blog post today showcasing my Design Team project for the new Inspire.Create.Challenge.

This time we have a colour challenge!

Stop by the Inspire.Create.Challenges blog to see all the Design Team projects and upload your entry. We’d love to see your creations.

I have chosen to work with the In Symmetry stamp set to make this simple stamping card!

You can see how to make this card in my video tutorial….

This layout is so flexible. Change the sentiment and the colours to make something entirely different!

I had to make an adjustment to the stamped layer for this version but I like how it turned out!

I hope you enjoyed this project.

The supplies used are listed and linked to the online store below.

Hello Everyone,

Today’s card is for teammate Vickie’s Creative Colour Challenge….

This is an interesting combination and yellow isn’t a colour I use a lot.

I picked out the Butterfly Brilliance stamp set and teamed that with a sentiment from the In Symmetry stamp set.

You can see how I made this card in my video tutorial…..

Customising your white ribbons by colouring them with Stampin’ Blends or Classic ink extends there flexibility.

Some Wink of Stella adds some subtle shimmer to the project too!

My project features the In Symmetry stamp set. This is a great set for beginner stampers too!

I’ve added some jaunty layers behind the topper using a vellum doily and a scrap of Sweet Symmetry designer series paper.

The vellum doilies can be coloured very effectively with Stampin’ Blends markers to coordinate with the project!

Which combo do you like best?

Here’s a close up of the original sample!

I hope you enjoyed this project.
