Inspire Create Challenge #199 – Clean and Simple!

Hello Everyone,

Today’s card is my design team make for the latest Inspire Create Challenge!

For Challenge #199 we are creating clean and simple projects!

I have used the Mixed Florals dies with some simple ink blending…

The original card used for bright colours, so I thought I’d try using a colour gradient of pink and purple….

I added a spritz of water and little dots over the blended portion.

The sentiment is from Tags of Thanks, which was stamped simply with black ink, & Iridescent Faceted gems to finish.

Smart Stampin’ International Insta-hop – Summer Vibes!

Hello Everyone,

Here is my make for today’s Smart Stampin’ International Insta-hop!

I’m using the Cheers and Sips bundle to make my card!

I have used a bit of watercolouring to make my lovely summer drinks … The ice cubes were heat embossed first, so the resisted the colour!

I added some citrus slices, cutting in to them just like the real thing, and of course I had to have some cocktail umbrellas!

#Stampin Around the World Video Hop – August 2025 – Metals!

Hi Everyone,

It’s time for the #StampinAroundtheWorld video hop!

My project features the Extraordinary Flora stamp set.

I created a very simple background by heat embossing the images with metallic embossing powders.

I added a sentiment banner, layered with contrast coloured cardstock and coordinating foil cardstock.

Monochrome Friday – Real Red!

Hello Everyone,

Here is my card I have shared for the Crafty Collaborations Monochromatic Insta-hop!

This week…. Real Red ❤️

I’m using the Label Me Grateful bundle with the Eyelet 3D embossing folder!

I used gold foil, embossing power and striped mesh ribbon.

I think this could easily be a Christmas card with an alternative sentiment!

Using the Spring Corners Dies in a Different Way!

Hello Everyone!

Today I am using the Spring Corners Dies. These are on Last Chance, available while stocks last!

Rather than using these in the traditional sense, I have used them to embellish the sentiment.

Six die cuts were adhered to a Balmy Blue panel. I added some ink using blending brushes.

The space created in the centre was the perfect size for one of the Stylish Shapes squares.

Florals from the Charming Day set were stamped in Night of Navy ink.

Some white ribbon and matte dots completed the card.

This card uses a Very Vanilla card base, with Early Espresso ink, and Basic Beige ribbon.

This week…. Blackberry Bliss 💜

I’m using Textured Notes to make a tone on tone card base.

The same stamp created the panel, but this time to heat emboss in gold – it looks amazing with the Blackberry Bliss.

Laters if gold foil cardstock make everything pop.

I added gold striped mesh ribbon and gold sequins!

Inspire Create Challenge #198 – Circles!

Hello Everyone,

Today’s card is my design team make for the latest Inspire Create Challenge!

For Challenge #198 we are creating projects using circles!

I have used the smallest die from the Stylish Shapes set with each of the Subtles family colours.

You can see how I made this card in my video tutorial…

White and coloured circles were arranged on a Basic Beige background. I decided to stack the coloured circles for extra dimension.

Clear Wink of Stella added some shimmer. I used a skinny sentiment from Simply Said. Rhinestones finished off the design.

This version uses Brights with Smoky Slate!

This month we are using a sketch to inspire our projects….

I had a lot of fun creating my cards in different colour combinations.

Two tone cardstock was embossed with the Pressed Flowers folder and lightly sanded.

The Textured Notes stamp and dies created the horizontal strips and sentiment topper.

Coordinating Stampin’ Blends were used to colour the florals from Gallery Blooms.

The colours featured in this card are Misty Moonlight, Petunia Pop with Night of Navy and Basic Beige.

Crumb Cake, Calypso Coral with Early Espresso and Very Vanilla.

Smoky Slate and Blackberry Bliss with Basic Grey and white Willow.

Monochrome Friday – Smoky Slate!

Hello Everyone,

Here is my card I have shared for the Crafty Collaborations Monochromatic Insta-hop!

This week…. Smoky Slate 🩶

I’m using the Impressions Abloom stamp set to create a tone on tone square card topper!

I wrapped some white bakers twine around the square before adding to the card with dimensionals.

The Pressed Flowers Embossing Folder added texture to the background enhanced with some Smoky Slate ink.

Smoky Slate pearls were the obvious choice for embellishments!

Easy Cardmaking with the Extraordinary Flora Washi Tape!

Hello Everyone!

Today I am using the extraordinary Extraordinary Flora Washi Tape to make these gorgeous cards!

The tape is easy to apply to cardstock and can be cut with the coordinating die to make individual embellishments with no need to colour them in!

I added them to a circle with a sentiment from the stamp set using Calypso Coral ink.

Some Soft Sea Foam ink was applied to the embossed background

The colour of the flowers varies in the washi tape roll. For these samples I used Summer Splash and Petunia Pop.

Crafty Challenge July 2025 – Dice Challenge!

Hello Everyone,

Tonight I’m bringing you the card I shared over on Instagram for this month’s Crafty Challenge….

I used the Gallery Blooms stamp set and coordinating dies. Images were coloured with the regal colours the watercolour pencil assortments.

Alphabet a La Mode dies created a custom greeting and added to Very Vanilla cardstock. The ends were rounded with the Modern Oval punch.

Shaker Card using Creative Colour Challenge #203!

Hello Everyone!

My card today is a shaker card featuring the Creative Colour Challenge #CCC203

The shaker frame was cut from two tone cardstock with the Gallery Blooms dies. The backing was stamped using Elements of Text and filled with Itty Bitty Bokeh Mix.

I added the sentiment and some die cut butterflies and rhinestones to decorate.

I’m using the Extraordinary Flora bundle to embellish the oval from Impressions Abloom.

An embossing folder added texture to the light side of the Calypso Coral two tone cardstock.

SU Colour Challenge with Beautiful Butterflies!

Hello Everyone!

My card today features the Beautiful Butterflies stamps and dies with colours from the SU Colour Challenge group.

I love the large decorative butterfly. I added a little ink to the centre.

Two tone cardstock is great for adding another lighter layer, embossed with the Soft Waves embossing folder.

Colour INKspiration Challenge with Label Me Grateful!

Hello Everyone!

My card today features the Label Me Grateful dies with colours from the Colour INKspiration challenge #191.

I created the decorative panel with the Sentimental Framing dies, adding ink to match the project.

The sentiment was added to the the centre with the Tags of Thanks stamp set.

The leaves and flowers were cut from Blackberry Bliss and Lemon Lime Twist cardstock. Purple Fine Shimmer gems were added to the centres.

I have used the last chance Cake Celebrations with Everyday Happiness designer series paper.

Gold foil cardstock adds a little luxury to the layout. I used the same piece for die cut pieces and the layering…. The holes are covered by the DSP.

The flags were made with Stylish Shapes, which I folded over some bakers twine.

Antique Pearls were coloured with a Stampin’ Blend to match the colours in the paper!
