Project Share Project Blog Hop – April 2025 – 3D Projects!

Good Morning Everybody,

Welcome to this month’s Project Share Project blog hop.

See the other projects by using the links below, or use the “Next” button at the bottom of this post!

Heather Forgan – Stamp With Nellie1

Jayne Frank – Craft with Jayne

Victoria Littlewood – Vickie Lou Designs

I’m making this tea bag gift idea today with cardstock and ribbon from the retiring in colours.

Using a 4 by 8 inch piece of cardstock will allow two to be made from one sheet.

On the short side – Score at 1 and 1¼

On the long side – Score at ¼, ½ and 3¾

Rotate and score the same measurements (inches). This should create a ½ “spine” section in the middle.

You can see how I made this project in my video tutorial…

To decorate, I secured coordinating ribbon and added designer series paper.

The Heartfelt Hexagon and Circle punches created the sentiment topper for the front.

Click below to move on to Heather’s project!

I hope you enjoyed this project.

Bags and Boxes using the same Measurements!

Hello Everyone!

Do you have designer series paper to use up? For today’s project I’m sharing these bags and boxes made from 6×6 paper.

I’m working with the 2024 In Colour DSP pack.

Start by scoring at 1 and 5 inches

Rotate 90 degrees

Score at 1, 2½, 3½ and 5 inches.

How the tabs are cut, will determine whether the final project becomes a bag or a box.

You can see how to complete each version in my video tutorial….

Each project was finished with coordinating Bordered Ribbon. The tags were created by layering a Modern Oval or a Circle punch on top of a Country Corner die cut.

I used the embossing resist technique for the coloured panel, but I added ink blending both before and after the embossing powder.

Doing this gives both lighter and darker tones of the same colour.

The Mini Corrugated embossing folder adds texture to the background

I love the detail in the Textured Notes bundle, I used these tomount the sentiment.

Monochromatic Card Design with Beautiful Butterflies!

Hello Everyone!

More scrap busting today with this card design. There are lots of ways to adjust this to make it your own, I hope you like the idea.

The background was created with the Elements of Text stamp set.

A piece of designer series paper was added over the top. For my card this measured 3 by 1½ inches.

The Mini Corrugated embossing folder added texture to a ¾ inch strip of Basic White.

You can see how I made this card in my video tutorial….

The butterflies were stamped and die cut using coordinating ink and cardstock.

A skinny scrap of cardstock was just right for the sentiment which I tucked in behind the larger butterfly.

Iridescent Faceted Gems added some sparkle!

Here are some more samples using the 2024 in colours…
