Hello Everyone,
Today’s card is made for the latest Inspire Create Challenge!
Challenge #139 is a Sketch – a layout suggestion to create the card. This isn’t in keeping with my usual style but I’m giving it a try!

I have used the fabulous In Colours for my project today.

I have tried to stick to the sketch as closely as possible so I used the Heart Punch Pack to cut layers of vellum and cardstock.
The strips for the background are embossed / debossed and added to the Basic White panel at an angle.
For the original card the strips were tone on tone stamped and the sentiment was heat embossed.

I love both these cards! But, I always favor the brights!! haha!! Interesting how you can change just the colors to get a completely different card! Great cards! Thanks for sharing with us at Inspire.Create.

Great card Verity. I love the bright bold colors. I like the embossing on the stripes. That is my current go to folder for embossing. Your second card really shows the versatility of a sketch.
