I went with some leaf images from the Textured Notes bundle!

The coordinating dies make a fabulous sentiment topper accented with ribbon and sequins.

Product Insta-hop – March 2025 – Online Exclusives!

Hello Everyone,

Here is my card I have shared for the Crafty Collaborations Product Insta-hop!

My background was an accidental creation. I had inked the Painted Stripes stamp with rainbow colours but when I spritzed it to clean up, I decided to put some watercolour paper over it.

I also used the new Pattern of Friendship stampz for the sentiment. I embossed a Modern Oval punch with the Mini Corrugated 3D embossing folder.

A pop of black was added with twine and Neutral Matte Dots.

I have used the Linked Together decorative masks with Azure Afternoon ink for a tone on tone effect!

The panel was die cut with the fabulous new Textured Notes dies.

New online exclusive stamp set, Tags of Thanks, was used for the sentiment and embellished with Starburst sequins.

Crafty Challenge Insta-hop February 2025 – Sketch Challenge!

Hello Everyone,

Today I’m bringing you the card I shared over on Instagram for this month’s Crafty Challenge….

You can hop through all the projects from my post @stampinwithinkybutterfly

I used the Adoring Hearts hybrid embossing folder to create my project today!

This design uses Moody Mauve cardstock for the base, some ink was added for some extra depth.

A strip of white cardstock was added to the base and the sentiment stamped below it.

The embossing folder cuts nine hearts, e each of 3 designs. I added coordinating ink to enhance the detail and adhered the with dimensionals.

I hope you like it!

The remaining hearts made these Boho Blue and Shy Shamrock versions.

This week, I am using this stunning gold foil die cut as the focal point!

The sentiment is from the coordinating stamp set and heat embossed.

Very simple, but imagine the different combinations that this would work with… Navy and Silver springs to mind.

This week, I am using the Tiled Techniques stamp set! There are lots of ways to combine the images to create decorative panels and toppers.

The tone on tone stamping adds interest to the card base, and frames the white panel.

Some shine was added with ribbon and rhinestones.

Crafty Challenge Insta-hop January 2025 – Dice Challenge!

Today I’m bringing you the card I shared over on Instagram for this month’s Crafty Challenge….

I used combinations of in colours to apply ink to the background. I had an old Stampin’ Sponge knocking around so I used that, but you can use all sorts of materials to add colour and texture to a project

I added a simple heat embossed sentiment and some sequins, as I didn’t have any trinkets in my stash!

I chose to showcase the Mixed Flora bundle! This is such a gorgeous set full of springtime vibes.

The images are perfect for colouring. I used Fresh Freesia to complement the Sale-a-bration ribbon and sequins.

I pulled in another Online Exclusive set for the sentiment which I stamped with Fresh Freesia ink.

For this card I have used the new With You in Mind stamp set to create a background.

Ink was added to the layers to make them a darker shade.

The panel was wrapped with ribbon before adding the sentiment topper cut with Spotlight on Nature and Stylish Shapes dies.

Crafty Challenge Insta-hop December 2024 – Colour Challenge!

Hello Everyone,

Today I’m bringing you the card I shared over on Instagram for this month’s Crafty Challenge….

The colours have a vintage vibe so I have pulled out the gorgeous Layers of Beauty bundle to work with.

Crumb Cake was used for outlines, sentiment and layers.

The flowers use the Petal Pink, adding more ink to each layer.

The leaves are in Mossy Meadow, with Pretty Peacock for the details.

Pretty Peacock also embellishes the sentiment banner and I had some Blooming Pearls too.

Everything was layered on a Very Vanilla card base!

I have used the Regal Flora bundle and coordinating Regal Winter designer series paper, with accents of gold foil.

For the focal point I cut circles with Stylish Shapes and Spotlight on Nature dies. I added a touch of ink with a blending brush.

For this card I created a background with the Forever Plaid embossing folder and added some Balmy Blue ink with a blending brush.

The sentiment was stamped and die cut with an Everyday Details die and layered with Spotlight on Nature dies.

I snuck in a little bit of Night of Navy and Iridescent Striped ribbon too.
