Colour INKspiration #CI200 – Favourite Colour!

Hello Everyone!

Today’s card is showing off my favourite colour – Blackberry Bliss!

I chose to make my project with the Gallery Blooms bundle.

The dark side of two tone cardstock was embossed, with ink blended over the top.

Coordinating ink was used to stamp the florals on the light side and die cut.

You can see how I made this card in my video tutorial….

Smoky Slate cardstock was used to cut the frame and accent pieces.

Pretty Peacock is a close runner up. I teamed this version with Gray Granite!

Colour INKspiration challenge #CI197 with Thankful Garden!

Hello Everyone!

Today I am using a colour challenge to inspire my card using the Thankful Garden stamp set, dies and masks!

You can find more inspiration using these colours in the Colour INKspiration Facebook group!

The blues work well together to create beautiful florals with stylised leaves using Crumb Cake ink.

Additional leaves were die cut from Crumb Cake cardstock.

You can see how I made this card in my video tutorial….

I love the frames from the Gallery Bloom dies. I used the large frame cut from Misty Moonlight and added this to a Night of Navy card base.

Finally, the sentiment was heat embossed with white powder.

Super Simple Card Layout for the Colour INKspiration Challenge #194!

Hello Everyone!

Today I am creating a card using the Colour INKspiration challenge 194. There are some fabulous projects from the design team and participants on Facebook …

My design is very simple using cardstock strips and the Mini Corrugated embossing folder.

You can see how I made this card in my video tutorial….

I added a simple sentiment. This strip was not embossed for contrasting texture.

Some stamped birds and rhinestones were added as embellishments.

The supplies used are listed and linked to the online store below.

I would love to be your demonstrator.

Colour INKspiration Challenge using Inspiring Imperfections!

Hello Everyone!

My card today features the Inspiring Impressions stamp set, with colours from the Colour INKspiration challenge #190.

I created the background with a double embossing technique! The panel was heat embossed first, then with the Turtle Textures embossing folder.

The texture was enhanced with some Cajun Craze ink smooshing (is that how you spell it?) and blending brushes.

You can see how I made this card in my video tutorial….

I added the vase and bowl die cuts and gold ribbon. The sentiment was tucked in behind the vase to balance the layout.

The original sample used Crumb Cake ink in the background , and Cajun Craze for the stamping!

The supplies used are listed and linked to the online store below.

I would love to be your demonstrator.
