Hi there Crafter’s,
Here is another card using water colour pencils and the Swirly Bird stamp set.
I wanted to use the “emboss resist” technique. I started by wiping the water colour paper with an embossing buddy. Using versamark ink, I stamped a small swirl randomly over the paper. This was embossed with clear powder.
I added water colour pencil, Bermuda Bay and Rich Razzleberry, then blended it out with a damp paint brush. Once dry, I wiped off any excess moisture with a paper towel.
I used the matching ink pads to add some splatter images from the stamp set.
I die cut a large swirl from the coordinating die set using Bermuda Bay card stock.
Two banners were cut from white and Mint Macaron card stock, then stamped the greeting in Early Espresso ink. These were added to the bottom of the card.
I hope you enjoyed this project.
The supplies used care listed and linked below.
Happy Stampin’!
